THE CHALLENGES

My Tools app was a corresponding project to My Tasks UX program. It served as main place to personalize and customize frequently used tools promoting efficiency. One of the main challenges was customization of user tools based on usage frequency of the tools.
Solutions:
The user was given option to put together his toolkit by dragging his frequent tools from All Tools group. User also had a chance to track his Pending Tasks by Category and execute appropriate actions connected with each application. I designed UI for both desktop and mobile devices.

I joined Directory App project as UI designer.
Solution:
I designed a simple user interface based on existing user journeys. The application was a designated tool for iPhone.

Customer needed a new, mobile friendly designed website without resorting to a full scale mobile application.
Solution:
I designed a mobile-friendly UI that cost a fraction that of a mobile application, while delivering the value of a mobile application. I designed UI accordingly.

THE CHALLENGES

In this UX exercise, I concentrated on eliminating a major Instagram pain point - lack of access to customized browsing.
Solutions:
First, I created Instagram persona and stated the problem. Then, I proposed UX solution. I used a user journey storytelling to introduce the concept. Please download attached pdf file to view the concept and its solution.
